When we launched our business-to-business division in 1993, we were already established as direct merchants in the apparel market, with a solid reputation for reliable products and superior customer service. Over the years, we've grown to serve some of the best-known brands in America. However, we've never forgotten how we started—outfitting small family businesses. We continue to bring the same personal commitment to our clients' success.

With more than 300 thread colors, state-of-the-art technology, and the largest embroidery floor in North America, we can outfit brands of any size with quality logo apparel.

Our Founder

Our history goes back even further, to 1963, when Gary Comer began outfitting racing sailors at his store on Elston Avenue in Chicago. Within a decade, Lands' End became a leader in the direct merchandising business. But Gary wasn't satisfied with merely being successful; he was committed to the belief that serving the customer serves everybody in the company. Everything we do at Lands' End reflects and validates his vision.

We're dedicated to

As a company that puts people first, we are committed to making Lands' End a great place to work. At our Wisconsin headquarters we offer an on-site clinic and recreation center, while farmers' markets and shared gardens help our employees eat healthier. Lunchtime outdoor concerts and our annual Lands' End Jam make summer fun for all. Add it all up, and one thing is clear: Lands' End is committed to helping employees enjoy a rewarding, well-balanced life.

From design and quality assurance to customer service and distribution, our teams work together to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

We have made an active commitment to improving our local environment by supporting Clean Lakes Alliance, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the protection of the lakes, streams and wetlands around Madison, Wisconsin. Every year our employees volunteer to take part in Renew the Blue, a day dedicated to cleaning lakeshores to improve wildlife habitats and make the lakes more enjoyable for all.
